Giới thiệu

GW1101-1D(RS-485) là bộ chuyển đổi Modbus Gateway công nghiệp, dùng để kết nối thiết bị RS-485/RS-422 với mạng Ethernet. Thiết bị hỗ trợ chuyển đổi Modbus RTU/ASCII sang Modbus TCP, phù hợp để tích hợp các thiết bị serial vào hệ thống mạng công nghiệp.

Sản phẩm có 1 cổng RS-485/RS-422 và 1 cổng Ethernet 10/100Mbps, hỗ trợ kết nối với PLC, đồng hồ đo, bộ điều khiển và các thiết bị Modbus khác. Khoảng cách truyền RS-485/RS-422 lên đến 1200m, đáp ứng nhu cầu kết nối thiết bị ở khoảng cách xa.

GW1101-1D(RS-485) hỗ trợ các chế độ RTU Master, RTU Slave, ASCII Master và ASCII Slave, tốc độ truyền serial từ 300bps đến 115200bps. Thiết bị cũng hỗ trợ cấu hình qua WEB và Telnet, giúp thiết lập và quản lý kết nối thuận tiện.

Thiết bị sử dụng vỏ kim loại, thiết kế không quạt, nguồn cấp 9~48VDC, cấp bảo vệ IP30 và nhiệt độ hoạt động -40~75°C. Thiết kế này phù hợp với môi trường tự động hóa và truyền thông công nghiệp.

Với khả năng kết nối RS-485/RS-422 với Ethernet và chuyển đổi giữa Modbus RTU/ASCII và Modbus TCP, sản phẩm phù hợp cho các ứng dụng tự động hóa, điều khiển máy móc, giám sát thiết bị và thu thập dữ liệu công nghiệp.
